Computer & Tech Help

Most jobs start with a diagnostic, so I know exactly what’s wrong before you spend more.

Diagnostic: $60

I find the problem and explain it in plain English.
If you hire me for the repair, the $60 comes off your bill.

Home Remote Help: $75 per hour

I connect to your computer securely over the internet, and you can watch everything I do.
Good for slow computers, software problems, email trouble, and scam cleanup.

In-Home Visits: $90 per hour

I come to you in Hartford and the surrounding area.
Best for new setups, printers, Wi-Fi, and anything that needs hands-on work.

Business Support: $110 per hour on-site, $90 remote

On-site or remote help for offices, shops, and small teams.
Networks, backups, security, and the computers your staff rely on every day.

Parts are extra, and I’ll tell you what they cost before I order anything.

Websites

Website work is billed by the hour, and I'll give you an estimate before any work begins.

Website Design & Builds: $75 per hour

A small site with a few pages can take as little as 20 hours (about $1,500). Most small-business websites take 30 to 45 hours ($2,500 to $3,500), depending on how many pages you need and extras like online booking, payments, or a store.

Care Plans: $75 to $150 per month

Optional monthly help after launch: content changes, new photos, seasonal updates, and a regular check that your forms and links still work.

Is the $60 diagnostic extra if you do the repair?

No. If you hire me for the repair, the $60 is credited toward it.

Do you help businesses?

Yes. Business support is $110 per hour on-site and $90 per hour remote. If you're already a business customer, you keep the rate you've been paying. Call me and we’ll talk about what you need.
