How we got started:
Rising Sun Solutions, LLC was founded after observing how people were treated by a well known technical support company. The customers were treated as if they were numbers and were charged unreasonable amounts of money for mediocre service. At that time, it was decided that anyone that needs computer service deserves to be treated better and charged less for the services provided.

With over 20 years experience troubleshooting and working on computers for hundreds of people in all kinds of situations and environments, we have a background that ranks with the best.

To treat out customers with respect and to provide outstanding quality service within a short period of time at very reasonable prices.
